FINAL SALE ON MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Since every S2K garment is made specifically for you, in limited quantity and to order, all sales are final. We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for: change of mind, wrong size chosen by the buyer, or personal preference once the order is confirmed. Please check the size guide and product details carefully before confirming your purchase via DM.

CASES WHERE WE DO STEP IN (AT NO COST TO YOU)

1. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT: if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving it, with clear photos and/or video of the issue, at s2klab.co@gmail.com or via Instagram DM. We'll evaluate the case and, as applicable, offer a replacement or a refund.

2. WRONG PRODUCT: if you received a product, size, or color different from what you confirmed with us, let us know within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the item received. We'll send you the correct product at no extra cost, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible.

Outside these two cases, and outside the 3-day window noted above, no refunds or replacements are processed.

HOW TO REQUEST A REVIEW

1. Message us at s2klab.co@gmail.com or in the same Instagram chat where you placed your order.

2. Include your name, order date, and clear photos/video of the issue.

3. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with a resolution.

HOW AN APPROVED REFUND IS PROCESSED

Since payment is made manually (Pago Móvil, Zelle, Binance/USDT, or another agreed method), any approved refund is returned through the same channel the payment was received, within up to 10 business days of approval. We cannot refund to a payment method other than the one originally used.

ORDERS CANCELLED BEFORE PRODUCTION

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after confirming payment. If production of your garment hasn't started yet, we'll evaluate cancellation with a refund. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, unless one of the cases covered above applies (defect or our error).
