OUR OWN PRODUCTION, MADE TO ORDER

Every S2K piece is made to order, printed in-house with our own DTF process on blank garments we select ourselves. We don't hold mass inventory: each piece is prepared specifically for your order, within the limited quantity of each collection/drop.

Production time: up to 5 business days from payment confirmation, before your order ships out to the carrier.

HOW AN ORDER IS CONFIRMED

Orders are closed and confirmed directly through Instagram DM. An order is considered confirmed only when: (1) you agreed on product, size, color and price with us, and (2) we received full payment through the agreed method (Pago Móvil, Zelle, Binance/USDT, or another method we indicate). No order goes into production without confirmed payment on our end.

SHIPPING RATES

- Domestic shipping (Venezuela): cash on delivery — you pay the carrier directly when you receive your order, nothing is charged upfront.

- International shipping (rest of the world): $25 USD flat rate for a standard package (one garment). Orders with multiple garments or higher weight may require a rate adjustment, which we'll let you know before confirming the order.

These rates are calculated for standard shipping and may vary by destination, weight, and carrier availability at the time of your order. Any adjustment is communicated and confirmed with you before you're charged.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

- Domestic shipments: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

- International shipments: 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Total time (production + shipping) can run from 2 to 4 weeks. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to causes outside our control (customs, weather conditions, carrier availability, peak season).

TRACKING

Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking number through the same channel where we closed the sale (Instagram DM) or by email if you provided one.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)

If your order crosses an international border, it may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These costs are the buyer's sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDRESS AND DELIVERY

- It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, correct shipping address where the package can be received. S2K is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the buyer.

- Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss, damage, or delay in transit belongs to that carrier, under its own terms of service. S2K does not guarantee or cover the cost of packages lost, damaged, or delayed due to causes attributable to the carrier, although we will help in good faith with starting a claim with the courier.
