By purchasing any S2K product — through our catalog at s2kworldwide.com and/or closing the sale via Instagram DM — you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming an order.

1. ABOUT THE STORE

S2K is an urban/streetwear clothing brand. Garments are made to order with our own DTF printing, in limited batches ("drops"), and we don't keep permanent stock of any given design.

2. HOW A PURCHASE WORKS

The catalog is shown on our Shopify store, but the sale is closed and confirmed directly via Instagram DM. An order is only considered valid and final once both parties confirm, in chat: product, size, color, total price (including shipping), and payment method.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice until you confirm your order via DM. Payment is made manually and directly, through the methods we indicate (Pago Móvil, Zelle, Binance/USDT, or another we agree on). An order is considered confirmed and enters production only once we verify full receipt of payment.

4. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

See our Refund Policy. All sales are final except for manufacturing defects or our error in the item shipped.

6. PERMITTED USE

You agree to use our catalog and contact channels only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to damage, overload, or compromise their operation or security.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The S2K name, its logo, designs, and all content associated with the brand (text, images, graphics) are the property of S2K. Reproducing, copying, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is not permitted.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product, discontinue a design, or reject/cancel an order before production begins, at any time and without prior notice, especially in the context of limited-quantity drops.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

S2K will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our channels or the products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In particular, we are not responsible for losses, damage, or delays caused by: (a) an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer, or (b) causes attributable to the shipping carrier once the package has been handed to them for delivery.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of our channels after an update means you accept the new terms.
